Plesk.Club is a fast-growing global community dedicated to helping web hosting professionals, developers, and businesses manage and optimize their Plesk-based environments. We provide support, training, licenses, and community resources for Plesk users worldwide. We are now expanding our technical support team and looking for a skilled Plesk Support Agent with strong expertise in Plesk on Windows servers.
Provide technical support to community members for issues related to Plesk on Windows hosting environments
Diagnose and resolve issues related to IIS, DNS, FTP, MSSQL, MySQL, PHP, SSL, mail servers (MailEnable/SmarterMail), server performance, and firewall
Assist with installations, migrations, panel errors, configuration issues, and optimization
Handle support tickets, live chat, and community questions professionally and efficiently
Create knowledge-base articles, troubleshooting guides, and documentation
Collaborate with internal team members to escalate complex cases
Ensure customer satisfaction with clear communication and problem solving
Strong hands-on experience with Plesk Obsidian / Plesk Onyx on Windows Server environments
Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, RDP, IIS configuration & troubleshooting
Experience with web hosting environments (DNS, FTP, SSL, Email systems)
Understanding of SQL Server / MySQL, application pools, and performance tuning
Knowledge of server security, backups, and firewall configurations
Ability to analyze logs and debug issues efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience with Linux Plesk Servers
Knowledge of PowerShell automation
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V / Proxmox)
Familiarity with community support or hosting industry work
