About Us

Plesk.Club is a rapidly growing global community of hosting professionals and developers who use Plesk to manage and deploy web hosting environments. We provide training, support, licenses, and community engagement for Plesk users worldwide. We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Plesk Support Agent with strong expertise in Plesk on Linux servers.

Job Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support for community members using Plesk on Linux hosting environments

Troubleshoot issues related to Apache / Nginx, DNS, FTP, MariaDB/MySQL, PHP, SSL & webmail

Manage server installations, migrations, panel errors, configuration issues, and performance optimization

Resolve service failures, mail queue issues, and resource overuse problems

Respond to support tickets, community discussions, and live chat queries professionally and efficiently

Write knowledge-base articles, troubleshooting guides, and improve documentation content

Work with internal escalation engineers for advanced-level tasks

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Plesk Obsidian / Onyx on Linux

Deep understanding of Linux OS (CentOS/RHEL/AlmaLinux/Rocky/Ubuntu)

Knowledge of web hosting stack: Apache / Nginx, PHP-FPM, DNS, FTP, firewall, SSL & email servers

Experience with Dovecot / Postfix / Exim, spam filters & mail queue troubleshooting

Ability to analyze logs: /var/log, journalctl, service logs, firewall logs, etc.

Understanding of server security, backups & restoration tools

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Experience managing Linux KVM / Cloud / VPS environments

Familiarity with CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Imunify360, KernelCare, and Proxmox

Basic knowledge of shell scripting (Bash)

Experience in hosting industry support or community roles
